Akra Iapygia is also fully resourced to catalogue archaeological finds according to the Central Institute for Cataloguing and Documentation standards and guidelines, ICCD (Istituto Centrale per il Catalogo e la Documentazione). Akra Iapygia was responsible for cataloguing the collection of the Museum of Pre-Classical Civilisations of Southern Murgia in the town of Ostuni (Museo delle Civiltà Preclassiche della Murgia Meridionale).

Akra Iapygia also installs exhibitions and has worked in the archaeological museum of Alezio (Lecce) as well as on the collection of artefacts from the ancient city of Vereto which  are currently on display in Palazzo Liborio Romano in Patù (Lecce).
