Preventive Archaeology

In Italy, preventive archaeology interventions undertaken by external agencies (private companies or local agencies) and commissioned by the Archaeological Boards of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities are regulated by Italian Law No. 109 of 25 June 2005.
